Nordés Ancín has executed the electrical installations (warehouses A, C and D) and air conditioning/ventilation (warehouse B) of the Last Mile High Rotation Logistics Platform in the El Cañaveral Industrial Estate in Vicálvaro, Madrid.
The park is designed for high added value logistics activities, Last Mile, of various operators, focusing on a more sustainable and efficient capillary distribution for the city of Madrid; with a prime location and excellent accesses.
The space has 4 independent buildings, with between 4 and 8 storage modules each and offices in all of them, totalling 93,540.30 m2 of built area with the highest quality standards.
The project has been developed following the efficiency parameters established by the LEED SILVER certification awarded by the US Green Building Council (US Green Building Council).
Technical characteristics:
- Low voltage electrical installation (1,494 kW).
- Charging posts for electric vehicles.
- Indoor and outdoor LED lighting (with projectors on the façade).
- Regulation by twilight and presence detectors for energy saving.
- Centralised lighting control, by means of a programmable system with touchscreen monitor.
- Air conditioning in office areas in accordance with RITE and ASHRAE regulations, by means of VRV heat pump and cassettes in false ceilings.
