What is it?
Legionella is a waterborn bacteria which may be disseminated by spraying, atomization, etc., causing legionellosis in risk-factor installations such as water storage systems, sprinkling systems, HSW, showers and taps, swimming pools, hot tubs, cooling towers or evaporative coolers. The most affected sectors are, spas, hotels, geriatric centres, public buildings, water sports installations, industries, etc.
What we do
Nordés Ancín Mantenimiento carries out chemical and physical treatments in installations to stop the bacteria from breeding and multiplying. The client will be guaranteed a controlled and healthy installation, besides a complete absence of the bacteria in his or her facility, thus preventing sick-leaves among employees. The client will also avoid fines by public authorities.

What is it?
Disinfection and insect- and rodent control. A sanitary hygienic plan consisting in applying physical, chemical or biological measures to stop rodents, insects and bacteria from spreading inside the installations.

What is it?
Conditioning water quality for the purpose of ensuring its required physical and chemical qualities.
What we do
Nordés Ancín Mantenimiento provides automated equipment, pre-treatment, filtration and many other water quality systems which may be required to correct physical and chemical alterations in the water. A surveillance and control program is applied for the purpose of guaranteeing the required water quality by means of analysing its control parameters. The client will have a guaranteed quality in the water used in both industrial and food processes.

What is it?
This technique is aimed at cleansing and disinfecting air conditioning pipes for the purpose of eliminating bacteria, fungi and solids in general.
What we do
Nordés Ancín Mantenimiento performs microbiological controls before cleaning air conditioning pipes (fungi and bacteria count in Rose Bengal and TSA). Cleaning is then performed by robots placed inside the air conditioning pipes. Finally a second microbiological count is carried out after cleaning. The laboratory report and video of the cleaning process is then given to the client. The client will be guaranteed the bio-sanitary safety of his or her installations.

It is a technique consisting in applying biocide products or biological techniques to eliminate or prevent attacks by wood-eating organisms.
